Request a quiet room with a balcony for a peaceful stay and a view of the garden, especially nice in summer.

Good location as it is very close to the underground. Excellent room for three people.

Wider internet access would be nice. The parking was expensive considering that we were able to park on the street relatively easily. Adding breakfast is too expensive to be taken seriously.

I have stayed in a triple room with my family and it is really spacious and tidy. The location is good considering that it is only 4 stations away from the city centre. The staff is quite helpful.

During my five-night stay, the customer service was abysmal. The staff at reception were rude, treating guests with palpable disdain. We experienced confusion regarding our prepaid reservation, and instead of help, we were threatened with police involvement due to their clerical errors.

Breakfast beyond expectations

The breakfast was a good surprise with a variety of delicious options each morning. The hotel's proximity to U-Bahn Brudermühlstraße made exploring Munich easy, getting us to attractions in just minutes.

Our room faced the street, which brought noise pollution at night, disrupting our sleep. We were disappointed to find that some amenities were either not available or had confusing rules.

The hotel was not expensive for a for star hotel in Munich. It was really comfortable. Despite the wifi being payed in the rooms, there is free wifi in some places, like the reception and the business lobby. It is not exactly in the city center, but it is really near a metro station.

Location was pretty good close to a underground station and connection to city centre was only about 10min. Breakfast was good with a lot of variety.

Room was untidy and overall the impression was a bit shabby. In general rooms were in fairly good shape, but should be cleaned much better.

Where do I begin? Reserved a smoking room but had to pay extra like some sort of commoner. I also wanted some wine in my room, but it took 20 minutes, ugh! And do they not have a functioning phone? Just miserable. Almost gave a good review, but the absurdity is just unforgivable.
